The SF County Fair Building houses offices, meeting rooms, an auditorium, and a large gallery used for exhibitions, plant sales, and community events. Many special-interest groups hold lectures and meetings here. The Botanical Garden's education department runs a program of tours, lectures, and classes in horticulture, botany, illustration, garden design, and more. Many lovely flowering plants and trees surround this building, from the borders of the parking lot behind it to the gate of the Botanical Garden at its northeast corner. View photos from this zone.
